One of my activities is being involved in what's going on in the street where I am living: Baron Mackaystraat in Bergentheim.



Here are some pictures of the cycling tour (22 km) and barbeque in 2006:




Every 5 year, in Bergentheim Queensday (April 30th) and Liberation day (May 5th) are celebrated with all kind of decorations in the streets. Next few photo's have been taken in 2005. The theme was: Disneyland.

In April 2000, the theme for our street was: Euro Disney. We had 'copied' several subjects from the real EuroDisney park near Paris: Wild West area (saloon, cowboys, native indians), captain Hook (ship+island), Alladin (ghost, castle) and Ghostcity (spider, witch, etc.).
